Job Profile: HR-TA and Business Development
Selection process:
Process of Campus Placement Drive :Pre-placement process, Written test(psychology test & IQ/aptitude test),Group Discussion, Personal round of Interviews, Confirmation mail to selected candidates, Background verification, Provisional offer letter to selected students
Mandatory for students: Students are required to come up in good formals.They should read the job descriptions and company profile thoroughly. Students need to complete & carry the hard copy of assessment form during the time of interview. All the queries will be addressed during the time of pre-placement talk & interviews
Key Requirement : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Open to learning and ability to accommodate all Stakeholders with diverse perspectives, Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize work as part of a fast-paced, start-up environment, Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as other content creation tools.
Salary HR TA: Compensation: Salary range from INR 4 to 7 LPA( INR )
Business Development: Compensation: Salary range from INR 5 to 8 LPA ( INR )
Freshers can apply no work experience required
Students with internship opportunities and industry experience will be given preference
