Job Profile: Finance & Accounting ( 3 months internship in phase 1 & phase 2 Full time employment)
Location: Mohali
Salary : ₹15,000 per month( during internship),, CTC After Successful Completion: ₹4-6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
• Participate actively in structured training across assigned finance processes.
• Perform accounting and finance activities accurately and within defined timelines.
• Work with invoices, financial data, reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Analyze financial information and identify discrepancies, trends, and variances.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established process controls.
• Support client-related queries and internal process requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Develop an understanding of global finance processes and international client requirements.
