• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Understanding customer goals , plans , challenges , timeline , budget
• Demonstrating the product in an effective way
• Accountability of company’s P&L
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related
Salary: CTC Rs. 2.5 LPA Plus Incentives
