*Job Description:* 1)Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
2) Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
3) Create and update Listings, Mailers of available properties.
4) Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
5) Understand customer needs/requirements and educate them accordingly.
6) Able to generate the leads and make it into conversion and achieve a given target.
7) Handle market related activities such as – Promotional activities, Site Visit, Outdoor Marketing etc.
8) Line up 20 meetings for the month.
*Compensation* (Annual Package) : For Graduate – 5 LPA – [ 2.4 to 3lpa fixed and rest is variable ]

CRM Placement Notice

This is for the information of the students that there is an internship drive by Recruit CRM to hire “Sales Development Freshers”.

Eligible Streams: Final year students of all UG and PG

Job Profile: Sales Development Freshers.

No. of positions – 10

Selection Process (Online/Virtual):

1. Online Test (MCQ based)
2. Pre-Placement Talk
3. Assignment
4. Interview with Director of Sales
5. Final Interview with the Founder

Duration & Stipend:

• This program is designed for students in the final year of their course and starts with a paid 4-month part-time internship where you’re working 21 hours/week as a Sales Development Intern.
• At the end of four months, on the basis of performance, you’re moved to our final 3-month trainee program where you’ll be working 42.5 hours/week as a Sales Development Trainee.
• Internship stipend: Part-time (INR 7,500) & Full-time (INR 12,000).
• Incentive during internship (over and above stipend): We expect interns to start making INR 25K/month in incentives from their 1st month which can scale up to INR 50K.

Compensation structure: Upon successful completion of this 7 months program, on the basis of performance, you’re guaranteed a full-time position as a SDR (Sales Development Representative) at Recruit CRM with an OTE (On Target
Earning) of 10 lakhs. The base salary is INR 500,000 and the target Bonus is INR 500,000 per year. The bonus is paid out each month.

Note: Historically the top 50% of our sales reps have made 150-250% of their target bonus in 2021 & 2022.
