*Placement cell is organizing a Placement drive by Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. (G&B) for the post of Graduate Trainee(GT).*

Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. (G&B) is the flagship company of the Godrej Group. Established in 1897 in Mumbai, India, G&B is a privately held company with a presence across 10 industries – from building complex and custom engineering solutions for critical industries like aerospace, defense, clean energy, railways and automotive to manufacturing branded goods.

C*Eligibility Criteria:*

1. *Current final year students (BBA,B.com) who will be passing out by June/July ‘22*

*2.Percentage of Marks required :*
* 60% and above in SSC i.e. 10th
* 60% and above in HSC i.e. 12th /Diploma (if applicable)
* 55% and above in Graduation (pursuing)
*(All the selections will be subject to candidates attaining 60% and above in final examinations)*

*3. No gap in studies during Academics* – All the courses(10th,12th,Graduation) should be completed as per course duration. 1 year Gap between 12th and Graduation for entrance exams preparation is acceptable. No active backlogs.

*Remuneration and Service Bond:*

*On Joining:* Role – Graduate Trainee, Stipend – Rs 19,000 per month, Training – Rigorous performance reviews. On successful completion, the candidate will be absorbed in the company.

*Post Absorption:* Designation- Assistant Executive, Band & Level J2, Fixed Salary- 3.85 LPA, Variable Salary- Individual Performance Linked Variable Pay (Potential to earn up to 0 – 30 % of Base Pay), Business Performance Linked Variable Pay (Depending on the Business Performance). Total Salary – 3.85 LPA + Variable Pay.

*Service Bond:* Amount – Rs 85,000, Time Period – 2 years (Applicable for one year of traineeship and one year thereafter).
