*Job Profile 2*: Sales Development Representative: Qualifying leads, setting up demos and managing prospect
Key Responsibility:You will work with our international teams targeting clients in North America, Europe &Asia. Subsequently, set up a demo with the respective region Sales leader. You will build relationships with the most successful recruitment firms in these marketsusing LinkedIn, Email & Phone Calls. Act as the first point of contact to potential customers, you will qualify active buyinginterest and be a critical part of the bridge between the prospect and sales team toensure new customer acquisition.Diligently record and manage prospect/ potential customer information in CRM(Hubspot).

4) Should be open to travel between 50 – 100 kms.

6) Ensure activation of bank’s sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis
7) Drive branch customer awareness program and explore every possible opportunity to bundle the health insurance proposition

Assistant Unit Manager
1) Agent / advisor Recruitment, Onboarding and Training.

3) Enable achievement of key business outcomes
4) Build a quality Agency by focusing on quality of hire and skilling
5) Ensure adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements
