This is for the information of the students that there is a placement drive by Decathlon Sports India to hire entrepreneurial minded future leaders who are regular sport users and have real passion for sports to join as Full Time / Part Time/ Internship roles at Decathlon.
Eligible Streams: All students any stream & passed out batches (2019-20, 2020-21) provided the student is playing a sport or played any sport at any level.
RESPONSIBILITY AS A OMNI SPORT LEADER
Passionate Sport User: A passionate sports user and like to share passion with others.
Product Expert: product expert of own Sport
Merchandising: Incharge of the offer/merchandising and the stock thanks to Local Sport Project.
Digital: interact/engage local sports communities on Social media.
Accountable: Incharge of Sports performance and growth of local business (Forecasting and PnL).
SALARY:
Full Time- Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 24,000+ per Month (based on experience and individual competencies ) and upto 20% bonus.
Part Time- Rs. 100 per hour and upto 20% bonus. (On an average 1 part timer consume 96 to 100 hours in a month. Part time hours can vary depending on the requirements of the store.)
Internship- Rs. 10000 per month, no other benefits or bonus.
Work Location: Decathlon Zirakpur Store, Punjab
