Job Summary:
Looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, presenting our services, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets.
Key Requirement :
Excellent verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make calls to a list of prospective clients, introducing our products/services, and identifying sales opportunities.
Lead Generation: Engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the team.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
Sales Presentations: Present and explain features and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to warm leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to the Sales Manager.
Selection Process: Virtual Interviews, F2F for the second round.
Salary : 15-25k in hand
Shift Timings : 10 am– 7 pm
