Job Profile I : College Admission Counselor (College Admissions)
Proven experience of 2+ years in the same kind of industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibility
Engage with prospective and current students via phone to present our partner colleges and universities .Counsel the students to address their queries, and facilitate enrolment. Assist students with the complete form-filling process, ensuring accuracy and understanding of eligibility criteria and deadlines. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records, track interactions, and streamline the sales Process.
Salary:2.5-3LPA
Job Profile II: Online Sales Executive – Test Prep(Academic Counselling)
Proven experience of 2+ years in the same kind of industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibility
Assist students and parents with competitive exam courses clearly and counsel them in the best manner, and convert leads into admissions. Focus on connectivity and trust building by customizing sale pitches to address students’ and parent’s specific requirements. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups. Be open to feedback, from Team Lead and use it constructively to improve sales techniques and strategies.
Salary: 2.5-3LPA
Job Profile III:Inside sales(BDM Remote sales)
Proven experience of 1+ year in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Key Responsibility
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to onboard new institutional partners for B2B School Products. Consistently engaging with new leads through calls and converting prospects into virtual meetings or school visits. Providing qualified leads to BDMs for successful deal conversions. Maintaining an accurate record and report of all existing and potential clients & focusing on exceptional after-sales service. Efficiently manage and maintain CRM data for streamlined operations. Travel to Schools to conduct demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
Salary : 3.5-4LPA
