Job Profile: – Customer Care Executive
Selection Process: Pre-Placement Talk: A session to introduce Protalk Solutions, our work culture, and the job opportunities available.
Screening Process: Conducting written tests or interviews to assess the communication skills and aptitude of interested candidates.
Final Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for final interviews to evaluate their suitability for the roles.
Skill Required: Strong communication skills The ideal candidates would be those who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
