Job Description:
• Building a strong pipeline of clients.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Able to generate leads/prospects over the phone, and fix appointments for the Sales team, as well as managing communication thereafter.
• To develop & maintain positive working & effective relationship with existing /new clients
• Responsible for acquiring new clients through outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients.
*Qualifications Required:* Any graduate with excellent communication skills. Ready to work in either day shifts / night shifts [US shift].
Compensation & Joining Details:
• For the first 6 months (Training period): Stipend amount of Rs. 20 K to be paid every month with no deductions.
• After completion of 6 months: CTC 25 K (for the next 1 calendar year)
• Agreement period: 18 months
• Work Location: #F-448, Industrial Focal Point, Phase VIII-B, Sector 74, Mohali, 160071, INDIA
• Mode of Work: Work from the office.
• Interview Process: Preplacement Talk followed by face to face interviews.
