The Placement Cell of Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women, Chandigarh is organising a Placement Drive of Yes Bank.
Eligible Streams: Any Graduate and any post graduate (Passing out batch 2021-22 and Pass out batch 2019-20, 2020-21).
Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate, 50% throughout the academics, Age: Minimum 21 to Maximum 27 years

Program: Sales certification program, CASA
CTC: upto 3 LPA and Post successful completion of 6 months there would be an increase in the CTC by 25,000 based on performance.
Selection Process: 2 rounds of interview (Face to Face interview)-Mandatory, Post interview rounds candidate will be given an LOI/Conditional Offer Letter from the bank, Candidates will be undergoing a training period of 15 days. A post-training assessment will be done based on which candidates will be receiving the final offer letter.
Note: Candidates will be put through training for 15 days. Total charges for the same will be Rs. 10000(Training fees need to be paid before the training starts)
After completion of Training program, then the profile will be Sales Manager
