This is for the information of the students that there is a flagship CSR initiative of the Mahindra Group and Naandi Foundation ‘Employability Enhancement training program’. Naandi Foundation shall conduct the training and placement assistance entirely free of charge as part of CSR from the Mahindra & Mahindra Group through their Mahindra Pride Classrooms.
*Eligible streams*: Final year students of all streams
*Details of the course*: Soft skills (offline mode) About 40 hours
Soft skills (grooming, body language, teamwork, manners, time management), Communication Skills, Presentation skills (speaking coherently and confidently) and Interview skills (resume preparation, interview questions, mock interviews). The focus of this program is finding new ways of thinking and problem solving, evaluating the impact of their actions, taking responsibility and building confidence, collaborating with the team, etc
NOTE- Training will be provided in college premises.Certificates will be provided after the completion of the course.
Training in institutions is based on the following terms and conditions: –
a) MPC intends to train the students enrolled in institute interested in taking up jobs. They will be sharing a Google form that will have columns to be filled with student details. The filled Google form should be submitted. All the students listed in the Google form will be registered for online training sessions.
b) A WhatsApp group with all the listed students will be formed including the concerned college authorities and MPC team members. This will help communicate all the details related to online sessions with the students directly.
c) Students will be grouped into the batch of maximum 50 numbers.* (Registration on First come First Serve Basis)*
d) Training is only for final year students from various streams without any backlogs on various employability skills and domain skills
e) Mahindra Pride Classroom “SHALL NOT CHARGE ANY FEE” for the training as all costs incurred shall be supported by Mahindra and Mahindra CSR.
f) *Attending all the sessions is mandatory. *
