*Eligible Streams: Final Year students of BCom, BBA, BCA, and BSc (Computer Applications).*

Job Profile: Inside Sales Executives
Remuneration Offered:
CTC Offered: INR 4,50,000/- [ INR 3,24,000/- Fixed, INR 1,25,000/- Variable]
Probation Period: INR 22,000 + Performance-Based Incentives.
Salary after Probation Period: INR 27,000 + Performance-Based Incentives.
Tentative Joining Date: Will be informed post-selection process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Actively sourcing new Sales Opportunities through cold-calling, Inbound and Outbound leads.
Developing in-depth knowledge of product and benefits.
Creating sales-pipeline to reflect the status of the sales Prospect
Effective Follow-up of Inbound and Outbound leads, understanding the requirement and ensuring the eliverables and outcomes.
Effective closing of sales and maintaining a long-lasting after-sales relationship with the prospect.
Logging conversations had with prospects on CRM.
Continuous improvement on conversion rates by upselling, cross-selling, and understanding product-prospect fit.
Nurturing the leads through educating them about the benefits of the product and advising prospects on suitable product selection based on their requirement.

3) Hireflix Automated Interview Process.
4) Business Interview ( One on One).
5) HR Interview ( Panel Interview).
