•Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream preferably with English/Psychology /HRM as one of the subjects
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational and time management skills, •Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Excel.
*Job Profile*: HR-Intern Officer
*Job Role*:
•Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & as per set budgets and determine selection criteria
•Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
•Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
•Providing periodic reports to the Hiring Managers / Reporting Manager and any other duty assigned by the reporting manager.
*Stipend*:
*Graduate Trainees*-
•First Month- Hands-on training
•Second Month- 5000/- Stipend
•Third Month-10000/- Stipend
*Post Graduate Trainees*:
•First Month- Hands-on training
•Second Month-8000/- Stipend
•Third Month-12000/- Stipend.
•On Completion- Deserving Candidate may be hired at CTC of 3 Lacks Per Annum
