Eligibility:
1) Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. Preferably in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
2)Freshers with exceptional speaking skills, presence of mind and pleasing personality can also apply.
3)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
4)Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach to support students from diverse backgrounds.
5)Familiarity with multimedia tools is a plus.
6)Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take initiative to improve counseling processes.
7) Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed in their academic pursuits
Job Profile: Education Counselor
Job Role: As an Education Counselor at SXILL, you will play a vital role in assisting students in their academic journey in media and entertainment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized guidance and support to individuals seeking educational programs that align with their interests, strengths, and career aspirations. By leveraging your expertise in educational options, you will help students make well-informed decisions and create a positive impact on their future. Additionally, you will be involved in cold calling prospective students, fee collection, and student mentoring to ensure their continued success throughout their educational experience.
Salary: 20000-25000/month. (negotiable)
